JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

In compliance of the order dated 20.09.2022, the petitioner and the informant are present physically along with their respective counsels.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is willing to keep the informant with dignity and honor on which the informant is present in the Court herself submits that she is even willing to accompany the petitioner and resume her matrimonial life. The petitioner who is present also submits that

The petitioner at this stage, submits that informant has come along with him to which the informant does not object and submits that she will accompany the petitioner right from here to her matrimonial home.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 364 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
