The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 341, 342, 323, 353, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, on the police personnel going to settle the altercation between Ranjeet Yadav and Nitish Kumar due to land dispute, it is stated that the petitioners as also others obstructed them from their official duty by pelting bricks and stone upon police vehicle. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25028 of 2021(2) dt.22-11-2021 2/2 the case. The petitioner nos. 1 and 3 are students. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. The petitioners are in custody since 23.12.2020 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioners having remained in custody for 11 months, the Court directs the petitioners to be enlarged on bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case no. 329 of 2020 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XIII-cum-Sub Judge XIV, Gaya.
