This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.3.2015 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Nautan P.S. Case No.356 of 2013 by which he has taken cognizance against the petitioner for offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
A written complaint was filed stating therein that accused persons by creating a bogus signature has withdrawn the Scholarship of the girls, namely, Saroj Kumari and Shilpi Kumari.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19358 of 2016 (3) dt.16-09-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is only a Doctor discharging the duty at Primary Health Centre. When the matter surfaced he has paid the amount from his own pocket.
This fact will be seen at the time of framing of charge, not at this stage.
Accordingly this application is dismissed.
