No. 59245 of 2018 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been in judicial custody for last nine months and now charge has also been framed and petitioner is ready to abide by any condition imposed on him for grant of bail. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
