In view of the above, this application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the grounds, as available under the law, at the time of framing of charge. If such grounds are raised by the petitioners, the Court below shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order in light of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court rendered in the case of Kanchan Kumar vs. State of Bihar reported as (2022) 9 SCC 577.
