2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No.223 of 2023, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the F.I.R., petitioner and other criminals are accused of snatching mobile phone and assaulting the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2024 and he has eleven criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the gravity of offence and antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of regular bail to the petitioner.
