09-08-2016 Heard Mr. Ashwini Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of State. The sole petitioner, invoking inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has prayed for quashing of an order dated 29-01-2014 passed in T.R. No. 310 of 2014 (arising out of Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2011) registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323 & 324 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (in short "SC/ST Act"). By the said order, the learned Special Judge, Samastipur has rejected the petition filed on behalf of petitioner, whereby it was claimed that no offence under the provision of SC/ST Act was made out.

No.20007 of 2014 (2) dt.09-08-2016 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court that no offence under the provision of SC/ST Act is made out, whereas, on perusal of the F.I.R., the Court is satisfied that learned Special Judge has committed no error in rejecting the petition.

The petition stands dismissed.
