The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Singheswar P.S. Case No. 250 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 384, 385, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Further he submits

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 250 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
