JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 30-07-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 19.12.2019 passed in CWJC No. 25417 of 2019, wherein, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Jamui has been directed to examine the legality and validity of the appointment of the petitioner and also to verify the actual period of working of the petitioner and on satisfaction as to the legality and validity of the appointment and actual period of working of the petitioner to pass the order for payment of salary.

2. Opposite party No. 2 / District Programme Officer (Establishment), Jamui has filed a show cause, wherein, in

Patna High Court MJC No.635 of 2020(3) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 paragraph No. 7 it has been stated that a reasoned order vide Memo No. 67 dated 14.01.2020 has been passed by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Jamui, whereby, the prayer of the petitioner for payment of salary since April, 2017 has been rejected on the ground that the appointment of the petitioner was not valid. A copy of the aforesaid order dated 14.01.2020 has also been enclosed as Annexure - A to the show cause.

3. On perusal of the show cause filed by the opposite party No. 2, I find that the order dated 19.12.2019 passed in CWJC No. 25417 of 2019 has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4. In view of the above, this contempt application stands closed and disposed off.
