The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 140 of 2020 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 56 of the Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation & Storage) Rules, Section 21 MMDR Act and Section 15 of the Environment Protection Act. Further he submits that only on the basis of statement of local villagers, petitioners have been made accused in the instant case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Banka in connection with Shambhuganj P.S.
