The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons abducted the informant's sister.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case. The victim has been recovered and she has been examined under Section 164 Cr.P.C. There is no allegation

It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released after completion of sixteen months in custody from 26.04.2018. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of sixteen months in custody from 26.04.2018 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge X, Begusarai in connection with S.T. No.189 of 2017 arising out of Bachwara P.S. case No.29 of 2002. (Sudhir Singh, J) Narendra/- U T
