Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No. 272 of 2014 registered under Sections-379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that there was land dispute between the parties and an appeal is pending before this court, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order, be released the court below, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2379 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2015 Case No. 272 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
