Petitioner already in custody seeks bail in connection with Goh P.S.Case No. 63 of 2017 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that except confessional statement of petitioner, there is no other material, neither he was put on TIP nor any incriminating article was recovered.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner namely Satyendra Kumar @ Satyendra Kumar Sao, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S.Case No. 63 of 2017.
