Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148,149, 332, 353, 153(A), 295, 295(A),435,427,307,337,338,323 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was identified among the mob which assembled to disturb communal harmony.
Considering the general and omnibus allegation as well as submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that no disturbance in communal harmony was actually created, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4011 of 2018 (2) dt.19-01-2018 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 323 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
