2. The present application has been filed for directing the respondents to pay the salary to petitioner for the period of 09.08.99 till 20.10.11 and also to consider the case of petitioner in light of decision in the case of State of Bihar Vs. Indramohan Rai.

3 . After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to file fresh representation before the Director, Secondary Education, Bihar, Patna ( respondent No. 2 ) within a

4. If such application is filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, the same shall be disposed of by the the Director, Secondary Education, Bihar, Patna ( respondent No. 2 ), after hearing the parties, within a period of three months thereafter.

5 . With the above observation , the writ application stands disposed of.
