Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bhorey PS Case No.380 of 2017 registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that the petitioner is not involved in enticing away the daughter of the informant rather she herself had gone to her relative's place as her parents had scolded her and that fact is reflected in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Murari Kumar Singh @ Murari Kamkar @ Murari Kumari Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22858 of 2018(2) dt.18-04-2018 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-XII, Gopalganj in connection with Bhorey PS Case No.380 of 2017.
