2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays for withdrawal of this anticipatory bail application with liberty to surrender with six weeks and approach the learned court below for grant of regular bail and the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the present withdrawal order, preferably, within same day, considering the fact that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and he is suffering with serious medical issue in the form of brain hemorrhage.

3. It is expected that no police action would be taken against the petitioner till the period of six weeks from today.
