Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Piyar @ Pear P.S. Case No.112 of 2017, registered under Sections 272, 273 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is said to be the driver of the vehicle wherefrom 126 liters approximately foreign liquor is said to be recovered, other two persons have been admitted to bail, the petitioner has fair antecedent and he is in custody since 14.09.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

No.4696 of 2018(2) dt.31-01-2018 2/2 petitioner Chhotu Kumar @ Satyendra Kumar @ Chhotu is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur, Bihar in connection with Piyar @ Pear P.S. Case No.112 of 2017.
