Petitioner apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498 (A)/ 304 (B)/ 34 of the Indian Penal Cod & 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act. It is a case of dowry death.

Petitioner is mother-in-law informant's daughter (deceased).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is separate in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
