ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to withdraw the application as regards Petitioner no. 1. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Petitioner no. 2 seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148,149,341,324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner no. 2 and the genesis of the occurrence as also the fair antecedents of the petitioner, in the event of surrender/arrest of the Petitioner, named above, within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 33 of 2014, he shall be

No.2560 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2015 2/3 released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court below to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamui subject to the conditions as laid down under sections 438(2) Cr. P. C. That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2560 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2015 3/3 be cancelled for reasons of misuse.

That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
