JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Patliputra P.S.Case No. 318 of 2013 registered under Sections 420,467,468,471 and 120B/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that police raided the office of C.M.S. Agency providing private guards and found the guards, engaged in the agency, having forged licence for arms.

Submission is that petitioner has a valid licence issued from the District Licensing Authority, District Magistrate, Lucknow and territorial jurisdiction for carrying the arms is of all India and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 20.12.2017.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Vinod Pandey, is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15125 of 2018 (2) dt.20-03-2018 2/2 on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge-XII-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistate, Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 318 of 2013.
