2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 889 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the victim. He is in jail since 15.12.2023.

4. Considering the nature of allegation as also the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

6. If the petitioner repeats his crime, his bail may be cancelled after hearing him.

7. If any maintenance case is filed by the victim then the Principal Judge, Family Court will decide the case within six months of its filing.
