The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his daughter was killed by her husband and other in-laws. The allegation of demand of dowry is against the husband of the deceased.

It is submitted that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner and the brothers-in-law of the deceased have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 16.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1892 of 2015. Having considered the fact that the petitioner is the mother-in-law and the brothers-in-law of the deceased have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail on same and similar
