2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 20.09.2024, seeks regular bail in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 470 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 304(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted Rs. 15,000 and a laptop from the informant.

4. The petitioner has given a self inculpatory statement and the photo of the looted laptop has been found in the mobile of the petitioner which was sent by the petitioner for selling the same. The looted laptop has been recovered from the co-accused Gulshan Kumar. The petitioner has two criminal antecedents also.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
