Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 447, 504, 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation of commission of assault to the deceased, a Coordinate Bench of this Court has granted bail to coaccused Anjani Yadav in Cr.Misc.No.40050 of 2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge or completion of six months of custody whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18670 of 2018 (2) dt.03-04-2018 the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sakurabad Police Station Case No.49 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
