Petitioner is an accused in connection with Complaint Case No. C-2/53 of 2020 for the offence registered under Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2020.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
