JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 31-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Patepur PS Case No. 42 of 2017 registered under Sections 387/34 of the IPC and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

Submission is that the alleged date of occurrence is 29.4.2017 and after lapse of 12 days the FIR was instituted on 11.5.2017. The petitioner has been implicated in other three cases in the year 2017, he is in custody since 5.7.2017 and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Anil Sahni @ Anil Kumar Sahni is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur PS Case No. 42 of 2017, with the condition that one of the bailors must be a close family member of the petitioner. In case of absence of the petitioner on two consecutive dates in the trial except because of medical emergency his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled. .
