The Petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 342, 353, 506, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 141 of the Railway Act. Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioners, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners in connection with G.R.P. Kiul P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014 pending before Shri V.V. Gupta, Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul.
