The petitioners being the cousin fathers-in-law apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioners are not part of the family of the main accused and that even the informant is not an eye-witness of the alleged occurrence, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Jalalgarh P.S.
