The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that it would appear from the Seizure List that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
