The petitioner is accused in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sectins 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 3.2.2017. There appears to be some contradiction that FIR was lodged on 5.2.2017 whereas the petitioner was arrested on 3.2.2017. Be that as it may, the petitioner is in custody since 3.2.2017 and on affidavit there is statement in para-3 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In view of the statement made in para-3 and the fact

No.27633 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 that the petitioner has remained in custody since 3.2.2017, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Patna City, District-Patna or the successor Court in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in conclusion of the trial and will not, in any manner, tamper with the evidence and influence the witnesses.
