Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326,307,384,386,120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act.

It appears that having similar allegation, coaccused Md. Jasim @ Jaso @ Jasso has been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court after going through the case diary vide Annexure-2, hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18646 of 2018 (2) dt.03-04-2018 No.68 of 2018 arising out of Ishakchak Police Station Case No.55 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
