Mrs/Ms.Asha Devi ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 343 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR all the co-accused persons including the petitioner abused the informant and on protest, they assaulted him by means of iron rod and fists causing head injury and further took some cash from the informant.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Present case is counter blast of Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 179 of 2020. Injuries allegedly caused by the petitioner is simple in nature.

No.13858 of 2022(3) dt.10-10-2022 2/2 Considering the backdrop in which the occurrence took place and the nature of the injury, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Budha Colony P. S. Case No. 183 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
