2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126, 115, 118, 76, 308(4), 324(2), 329(4), 351, 352, 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted with knife over the forehead of informant's husband. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be
