The petitioner, Niranjan Singh @ Niranjan Kumar Singh, is apprehending his arrest in Jamui P.S. Case No. 272/14 registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The gist of the allegation is that the petitioner, being a Revenue Clerk of the Block, got the sale deed executed in favour of his son and one Amit Kumar Singh from Sujit Kumar Singh, son of the informant. The informant alleged that his son is of low intellect.
The dispute appears to be of civil nature.
Considering the facts aforesaid, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2217 of 2015 (2) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Jamui P.S. Case No. 272/14, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
