Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420,467,468,471,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the informant had paid money in the account of co-accused-Pankaj Kumar Ghoshal and the main allegation of cheating is against Pankaj Kumar Ghoshal. Since the petitioners were also allegedly alongwith Pankaj Kumar Ghoshal in the same Car, hence, they are accused.

Considering the fact that there is no direct

No.12044 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 material against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Industrial Area Police Station Case No.173 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case as well as the petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
