No one appears for the State.

The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Puraini P.S. Case No. 62 of 2016 under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the First Information Report was lodged against unknown and four persons were allegedly involved in the snatching of the motorcycle of the informant. The petitioner was named by the co-accused Manish Kumar in his confessional statement, however, said Manish Kumar has been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. 11490/2017. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2016, however, till date he has not been identified as no T.I.P. has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27465 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 conducted. He further submits that although there is one more case against the petitioner, however, the same was also lodged on the confessional statement of the co-accused and he is on bail in the said case.

Considering the facts and circumstances particularly the fact that the co-accused has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court and till date there is no identification, let the petitioner, namely, Prahlad Ray be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Shiv Kumar, J.M. 1st Class, Uda-kishunganj, District Madhepura in Puraini P.S. Case No. 62 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
