JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04.10.2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected by this court but while rejecting prayer for bail of the petitioner, this court directed the trial court to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same as early as possible. However, trial court has reported that only one prosecution witness could be examined, particularly, in the circumstance, when petitioner is in jail custody since 28.2.2015.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent and some explosive substances are said to have been recovered from his possession but considering the aforesaid facts and

Sessions Judge I, Sitamarhi in Sessions trial no. 346/2015 arising out of Sursand P.S. Case no. 47/2015.
