Petitioner seeks bail in Fenhara P.S. Case No.93 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 411, 413, 414, 465, 468, 471, 474/34 Indian Penal Code. In the written report, it is alleged that petitioner was intercepted with motorcycle and on demand he could not produce any paper.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no concern with the aforesaid motorcycle. He was just standing near the motorcycle. The seizure list, which is part of the First Information Report, does not bear signature of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 12, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Fenhara P.S.
