Being aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 21.11.2019 passed by learned Single Judge of this Court in CWJC No. 21189 of 2018 dismissing the writ petition to avail the statutory remedy of Appeal, Appellant-petitioners have preferred this LPA.

Appellant-petitioners have filed writ petition for quashing the order dated 21.08.2018 passed by Additional collector, West Champaran, Bettiah in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 60 of 16-17, by which the Additional Collector has cancelled Jamabandi number 206 running in the name of Appellant-petitioners on the basis of recommendation made by the Circle Officer, Ram Nagar appertaining to Khata No. 137 Khesra No. 120 and Khesra No. 68 of village Narayanapur.

The writ petition was disposed of with liberty to petitioners to avail the statutory remedy of appeal against the impugned order provided under Section 9 (6) of the Bihar Mutation Act.

This Court does not find any infirmity or error in the order passed by the learned Single Judge, as such, present
