Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 303(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No. 1 is a person with clean antecedent and petitioner No. 2 has antecedent of one case. It is next submitted that petitioner No. 1 is a young girl aged about 18 years and is daughter of petitioner No. 2 and the informant alleges that he was engaged in the work of cleaning of pond, when accused

No.12887 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/3 persons, including the petitioners, came and started abusing him, on protest Raju assaulted him by farsa causing injury on his forehead and nose, thereafter Suraj and Karan assaulted him by knife causing injury on thigh, further when his brother Sujit came to save him, he was assaulted by Karan, Khushi and Suraj, who was carrying knife causing injury on his head and hand, further the accused persons also assaulted his mother by lathi causing fracture of hand and also snatched Rs. 3,000/-, thereafter the injured were taken to the hospital for treatment. 4.
The learned counsel for the petitioners next submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted on account of dispute relating to land, the occurrence is alleged to have taken place. It is next submitted that no specific allegation of assault is alleged against the petitioners, but they have been implicated only to coerce the male members of the family into submission. 5.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and also taking into account the fact that petitioners are women, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12887 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 3/3 within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sirisiya P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
