The petitioner is accused in connection with Ahiapur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2017, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and later on converted into Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused, Satyam Kuamr, except that there is nothing against the petitioner showing his involvement in the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2017. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

No.27718 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiapur P.S.
