Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sour Bazar PS Case No.285 of 2015, registered under Sections 341, 323, 386, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner had withdrawn some amount from the bank for distribution of scholarship and after distribution, with remaining amount Rs.32,100/- was returning back to his home but on the way the petitioner and other co-accused stopped his motorcycle and taken out the money.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, nothing has been

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Amoj Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar PS Case No.285 of 2015.
