JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2015 The petitioner has preferred second anticipatory bail application in a case registered under Sections 304B/34 of the I.P.C on the ground that the informant has entered into compromise with the petitioner.

It appears that petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.04.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13192 of 2013 and thereafter by the Apex Court vide Appeal(Crl) No. 8828 of 2013 on 08.10.2013.

Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Accordingly the application is dismissed in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 158 of 2012, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.
