JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is accused in Katihar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 184 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2016. In paragraph no. 3, there is statement on affidavit that petitioner is a respectable man and having clean antecedent.

Having regard to the fact that petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2016, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge, Katihar in connection with Katihar (Muffasil) P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27275 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 No. 184 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in conclusion of the trial and will not, in any manner, influence the witnesses.
