Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as the petitioner has already been taken into judicial custody in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 137 of 2020, arising out of Special Excise Case No. 366/2020, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Excise, Purnea.
