Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.
The grievance of the petitioners is against the Governing body of a Private College. The claim of the petitioners is that they have been terminated from non-teaching
Patna High Court CWJC No.4399 of 2023(2) dt.30-01-2024 2/2 posts of affiliated College and have not been given their salaries. 3.
The Governing Body of the College is not a State under Article 12 of the Constitution of India, as such, the writ petition is not maintainable and the same is accordingly, dismissed, however petitioners are granted liberty to seek remedy under the general law of the land.
