JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that when the informant was going to ease out, the petitioners abused the informant and on protest being made, she was being dragged in course of which she fell down and her cloths got torn as a result of which she became naked. It is submitted that even assuming the accusation, no case under Section 354 of the IPC is made out. Moreover, at earlier point of time, mother of petition no.1 lodged Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 29 of 2014 against the informant's side, hence as a retaliatory measure, the present case has been lodged. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saran at Chhapra in connection with Chhapra Muffassil P.S. Case No. 31 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
