Even though this application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail of the opposite party nos.2 to 8 granted by the Additional Sessions Judge, Kishanganj on 15.12.2015 passed in A.B.P. No.409 of 2015 arising out of Complaint Case No.884 of 2015, but they have not been arrayed in the present application.

Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reasons for cancelling the anticipatory bail and hence, the application stands rejected.
