The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No.224 of 2017, arising out of Complaint Case No.1743 of 2017, registered for offences alleged under Sections 384, 386, 323 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he along with his associates had gone to the house of the informant and started abusing. The petitioner is said to have taken the thumb impression of the informant on the stamp paper. Learned counsel submits that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4680 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 allegations are false, concocted and baseless and there is no reason for this petitioner to obtain the thumb impression of the informant on the stamp paper as alleged. There is no allegation of creating any document by forging or tampering with the said stamp paper against the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the State is present.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No.224 of 2017, arising out of Complaint Case No.1743 of 2017, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Arvind/- U T
